A minor hiccup with the order where I felt that the customer experience can be further improved at Pure Tincture. It was my first purchase with them and my first foray into the brand. Pondered for a week before ordering, because I wasn't sure which suits me.
I ordered OSEA Rosacea and Sensitive Skin Starter which supposingly comes with the Ocean Cleansing Milk, Sea Vitamin Boost, Undaria Argan Oil and Advance Protection Cream but it came as OSEA Everyday Essentials where the Sea Vitamin Boost was switched with Ocean Lotion. The owner apologize for not updating the site, explaining that the one I received is the new set and expected me to accept as it is.
I requested to exchange the Ocean Lotion with Sea Vitamin Boost which she agreed but I have to make the trip down to her outlet when its not even my fault.
Other pet peeves : the number for her outlet in her email points to a number which was perpetually engaged and I have to look up the number elsewhere. She was away so email replies were slow and no one can reply on her behalf. Delivery was super fast though, delivered on the following day but without prior warning, only a text with no number to text/reply back. I can't call back because there is no number and there is no customer service because its the weekend. Luckily, the delivery guy left it outside the door because there are some who don't do that, for fear of missing parcel.
Glad that everything is resolved by 2017.
